this seems to work better than any other over-the-counter medication and I know it's like a generic but I can't afford the name brand and I'm thankful for the equate brands.

I would say, for what it is and the price of it, it's really great. Honestly, this is sufficient for like 5 days if you're really sick. The pills are a little bigger than what someone would expect, but it's acceptable. It relieves symptoms in around 35-40 minutes, and typically lasts around 2-2.5 hours, then slowly goes away. The daytime pills are non-drowsy, which is a plus. And the night time ones do help with sleep.

With the price of the name brands being 20-40% more expensive I decided to go with this one instead. But only after reading all of the active ingredients between the two. And they were nearly identical. The differences are basically the packaging and marketing. So I save money and get the same results. Next time you're in the store just grab both and read the labels of each and you'll see what I mean.

We’ve been relying on this medication for the past several years to get us through many bouts of COVID-19 and other bad colds. We take it regularly when sick. Without it we are miserable. Highly recommend. Only thing is we always have more nighttime medicine left than we do daytime (I think…or could be vice versa).

I prefer gel caps like these. Works faster than tablets. Works as well as expensive name brand. Why pay more for same ingredients?

Equate daytime/nighttime gels for cold and flu. These work very well and are non drowsy. My husband really likes theirs for work. Will absolutely purchase these again.

I don't buy any other towel and then bounty I've been doing it for the last 15 years. I've tried every single one out there every store brand every other brand and by far the best.

This is the only stuff that worked on my nighttime / daytime symptoms. Save yourself some dollars and purchase the generic version of Dayquil / Nyquil. Exact same ingredients, easy to use, easy to swallow. Works really well.
