Great tool for the price. Lots of bits to choose from. Good battery life but torque is limited. Also, some bits do not stay in the container and fall out during transport.

Item not as described. Some of the attachments were missing. Also, there were some attachments that were duplicated. The storage case was not the one that should have been included. There was no room for all the attachments leaving some items loose in the case.

came broken and was unable to work it correctly even after i charged it fully. parts came all thrown together inside case. i have to return it obviously but now am going to miss out on the 25 dollar off promo code I had applied to my order with this item. bummer!

USELESS!!!. NO CHARGE WHEN IT ARRIVED AND IT WILL NOT CHARGE. NEVER USED IT!!. I didn't use it right away and just missed the 90-day return policy when I did. the only thing I got out of this purchase was that I realized I will be spending my money on the brand named, higher priced items next time.

Absolute crap! Had a small charge when it arrived. Was able to get my cabinet half way put together before it quit. Put it on charger all night and it won't hold a charge. It's not working at all. I don't know what's wrong with it. Not worth the money at all. I want my money back.

I bought this inexpensive tool to use for one job. Big mistake. I charged it overnight, tried to use it and the bit kept falling out. The torque was so low, it barely spun a screw. Using it like a manual driver, the bits that came with it ground down which rendered them useless. I was only using machine screws/washers/nuts (no resistance at all, not trying to crank them tight). I finished the job with a manual driver.

I was disappointed and shocked to have received a used item. The item had a used smell and oil residue on the paper instructions and on some of the attachments. I never turned the drill on. I immediately returned it

arrived as promised next day.... item was used, charging cable did not work, parts missing.... obviously RESTOCKED....beware this seller!

I don't like it all the part came apart when I open the box and It was missing one piece to. but the drill was good

I'm not sure that this is very useful for the task I need it for. It appears to be rather rinky-dink. I need something more powerful.
