They don't look like they would be as comfortable as they actually are, but my neck and shoulder pain are gone and my husband's snoring due to dropping his chin is much much less. We are quite happy with these pillows.

I've tried many many pillows from high end to hotel commercial recommended and have gone back to this tried and true.

This pillow was recommended by 80 neighbor for my Aunt who was suffering neck pain. My Aunt is now sleeping better and not waking up with neck pain. The pillow is very soft and lightweight. It supports neck and is lower in the center. Works great. Only drawback I found is I haven't found a pillowcase to fit. But will make one. She Carrie's it anywhere she has to stay overnight. I'm going to order one for me and my husband for neck pain. Thank you for a product that really helps.

Still trying to determine effectiveness of product. Neck feel good but sill having pain issues with hips.

For good neck support I find I have to readjust the fill every few days or it's not firm enough. That's why four stars, but it is way better than having to try to adjust a regular pillow all night long.

I was under the impression that this pillow wouldn't transfer heat. However, my first night trying to use it I woke up with my face and hair covered in sweat. Other than that, it's taken a little time to use. I'll use it but it's not my "go to" pillow.

This didn't work for me or my husband. I'm 5'4" and he is 6'. The dip in the middle is just too low for both of us, so our heads dip towards the middle and strain our neck. It was comfortable sleeping on the very edge which they indicate for side sleepers, but I don't want to sleep on just the edge all night.

I only used it for around ten minutes, but afterward I had pain on both sides of my jaw, my neck, and the back of my head.

I was unable to use this pillow because it is as hard as a rock. I just could not get comfortable. I would not recommend.

This pillow is extremely firm. The rim around the outside is so hard it compressed the veins in your neck. This could lead to a stroke. I can't use it. It is now a dog bed
