Product is a bit pricey but it is a lot of product. Floors stay clean and shiny, not dingy or filmy.

Per manufacturer bought for Coretec flooring in new build. There was a spill I could not remove with regular floor cleaner. After letting Encore sit for a few minutes I was able to remove whatever was on the flooring.

Our floor manufacturer recommended this product for our vinyl plank. I like the way it cleans, is easy to use and does not leave a sticky residue. Buying the gallon refill was much cheaper than buying the product in quart spray bottles every two months.

The only product I use after trial and error. Works great!

This is the best product for cleaning luxury vinyl plank floors. Concentrated, so it lasts a long time. Doesn't leave a film and has a pleasant fragrance.

Cortec Encore was a perfect complement to our new Corrtec flooring. Followed directions on mixing and use. Easy to follow. Cleaned floors effectively without residue.

It the recommended product for our floors. It works as advertised. It however is like unrecommended products in that it will blacken your socks as you walk across the floor.

I bought this as the only recommended cleaner for my new rigid core vinyl snap-together faux marble tile bathroom floor. My floor's usual soils include all the regular bathroom soils, including hairspray, cosmetics, soap, hard water overspray, grandchildren's toileting accidents, and the occasional dirt tracked in from outside. This cleaner is fairly adequate for minor cleanup but does not cut grease or candle wax, nor does it appear to be effective on hard water residue. At more than $30 per gallon, I will likely not purchase it again, which will leave me testing my traditional cleaners in hidden areas of the floor to ensure that they won't damage this floor. It won't hurt the floor, but it really doesn't clean much either.
