Adds crisp and great flavor.
Usually deep fry in duck fat. Potato sides turn out very golden and crispy. The spray still works for oven baked items, just not as well as deep frying. Much better way than tumbling or spraying with basic oils.

duck fat spray, it's wonderful!!
duck fat spray makes the best air fried chicken without the skin(blame mom!) and absolutely gorgeous golden turkey skin on or skin off...arrives quickly without damage I love this stuff, I use it and bacon up all the time with air fryer, pressure cooker and slow cooker

This stuff is fantastic. I used it as a binder for my barbecue chicken spice rub. The flavor was so good.

LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PRODUCT. ALWAYS HAVE IT ON HAND. I PREFER THE SPRAY AS OPPOSED TO A JAR BECAUSE IT STAYS FRESH AND WILL NOT GET RANCID

Defective spray
I really liked this duck fat spray - the entire 4 times I got to use it. The next time I tried, yesterday, the spray no longer worked. I was careful with the can, tried to gently work with the spray element, but nothing would remedy it. This is an expensive product to begin with, but very expensive for only 4 quick sprays.

DOES NOT SPRAY
The can would not spray. I contacted the company and followed their instructions, which didn't work. After that I was told I would have to mail it back to them for a refund. I told them that would cost just as much as what I paid for the spray. Thankfully Walmart allowed me to return for a refund for it. Think twice before you order it. Duck fat is very thick and I had my reservations about it working. I should have went with my gut feeling. The company should stand behind their product. If I could show them it was not spraying they could have offered a replacement.

waste of money
it sprayed for a good solid 3 seconds and then wouldnt want to spray no matter how much i fidgeting with it. had to take off the cap and band the spray cap till the fat started squiting out to finishing spraying wings. not worth the money and would rather warm up beef tallow and dip the wings in it instead
