i love this headset
honestly if i wasnt able to get the headset from walmart i was going to order off of Corsair's website. I love this headset, the audio quality is amazing, the pop protector that comes with the mic is extremely handy. overall i love the brand and the quality they produce, these headsets last and can take a beating if they have too

I was able to purchase my product from Walmart for a lower price than the original brand website. The product was also out of stock on the brands website but not on Walmart.

If your having mic issues, please read.
Last Christmas I purchased one of these for my brother, and apparently the sound was alright, but the mic was garbage. We returned it, got another one and it was fine. I recently bought one for myself, and it had the same issue. I returned it and bought another one. When I connected it, same issue! I was beyond mad, but I decided to tweak with a few settings first. Turns out, this mic doesnt work with the default connections on modern pcs. I had to go to my realtek audio panel, and once the mic was connected, I switched the mic in, with the headphones slot. After, it showed that my mic worked fine, but I couldnt hear anything. I then went to settings, then to audio, and then I rant the troubleshooter, which said my audio drivers were out of date. It updated them, and the mic works great. Love the design, audio quality, and mic quality! Not sure if it is even a problem with the mic, just make sure to keep your audio drivers up to date!

Sound is great but 3d/7.1 surround and mute doesn't work with normal use. I have not used this on pc with dongle yet.

good headphones for price
the headphones are good quaility, comfortable and have great sound. unfortunately the program which controls the lights (icue) is garbage but there isnt a way around that. headphones are good if you dont care about the leds
