Razer Basilisk V3 Ergonomic Wired Gaming Mouse with 26K DPI Optical Sensor, 11 Programmable Buttons, Chroma RGB and HyperScroll Tilt Wheel - Black

I recently purchased the Razer Basilisk V3 mouse after years of using the Logitech MX Master 3S and MX Master 3. I'm extremely satisfied with this new mouse because it offers 26,000 DPI, a 4-way HyperScroll tilt wheel, a 1,000 Hz polling rate, RGB lighting, 11 programmable buttons (perfect for macros), and an ergonomic design with a left thumb rest, which is more comfortable for me than my previous mouse. Overall, it's an excellent mouse, and I am very pleased with the functionality and productivity it offers

My teenage son has been building out his gaming setup, and since he already loves his Razer keyboard, getting this Basilisk V3 was the logical next step. It syncs perfectly with his existing gear, allowing the RGB lighting on both devices to match via the Razer Chroma software. The lighting is bright and customizable, making his desk setup look very clean and coordinated. He plays for hours and says the shape feels incredibly comfortable for his grip and hand size. It is a wired mouse, so you have to manage the cable, but the cord is flexible enough that it doesn't drag. If you already own Razer products, this is a 5-star addition. It's responsive, durable, and looks fantastic next to a matching keyboard.

The hand feel is second to none, my favorite function is the DPS changer button long with the button to change between freewheel and not on the scroll wheel, lastly they are super durable as long as you don't repeatedly slam it when angry while playing call of duty!

The RGB lights give off a nice aesthetic. The wheel has a free wheel and tactical wheel mode, switchable with just one button, a sensitivity button where you can switch sensitivities with just a button, between five options, and you can edit each within the Razer App. Two side tactical buttons, and a clutch sensitivity "sniper" button. There's a thumb rest on the side, which is quite comfortable. Aside from being nice to hold, being wired means I don't have to mess with batteries, connections, dongles, etc. Ease of use, very useful, and I couldn't really have wished for more value.

My old mouse's buttons were slowly going out so I ordered one online. THIS was a "substitution." Not the one I originally ordered. With that being said, I'm highly impressed with the quality, considering the price. Really liking the thumb rest! It's quite comfortable... Something I didn't think I'd "need/want" is a nice added bonus. Another positive is the weight. A lot of other mice are just so light. (Like, if I were to blow to hard it'd fall off my desk.) This mouse is NOT like that. It has a nice bit of weight to it. Now, the weight is not adjustable, BUT it's heavy enough without being too heavy. Additionally, I'm really liking the scroll wheel. With the free spin, I'm able to zip down pages with ease, but I can also adjust it for when I'm playing games to NOT free spin.

I absolutely love this mouse OMG. Super cute and plugs right in and goes. I love the soothing color changes. Not cheap or tacky! I love Razer products

Solid mouse for the price and a great wired upgrade from my previous mouse (Razer Atheris which needed replaced after scroll wheel finally gave out and I was tired of dealing with batteries/wireless connection issues since my setup is in an unusual position.) The sensitivity clutch is great for shooters when you want to temporarily lower your dpi to help hit precise shots at long range while still retaining high sensitivity for close range fights and if you play MMO's or other games where that's not useful it's optimal placement makes it an ideal candidate for your Razer Hypershift key if you also own a Razer keyboard. The profile switching button on the bottom of the mouse is a wonderful QoL upgrade as my previous mouse required you to open the Synapse app and manually switch it through there so being able to just press a single button to swap is amazing. Overall great mouse with a ton of extra useful features and if wired isn't for you there's also a wireless version as well.

The scroll wheel is so smooth and the clicks are great

Fortnite, the builds are much easier with this mouse if youre not trying to get to expensive for one that does the exact same thing as pro players use. The lock option for the scroll is amazing, if i dont wanna read the privacy stuff and just scroll, unlock it and push it once and itll roll you right to the bottom in a blink! Amazing. Wanna scroll slow? Lock it in and take your time! No battery- wired. The color changing is nice and matches all my other color changers. Love the sticker i get with it too!

**MAC USER** For Mac, razer chroma is available for every mouse released AFTER this one, lol- so out of the box you have very little control. You can plug it into a pc though, program it (which will save into its onboard memory) THEN use it on your mac no problem- which is exactly what I did. I just wish it was more clear on Razer's website. Who knows, maybe by the time you see this, it'll have been added to the compatibility list, and you can skip the pc setup.
