Costa Farms 12" Grower's Choice Dieffenbachia Live House Plants in 5" Self-Watering Planter

I was so happy to receive the 12-inch Dieffenbachia in such great condition, healthy with no signs of distress. It was packaged and wrapped perfectly to keep it safe during shipment. I've purchased from Costa Farms several times in the past, and because of the quality of their products and ease of ordering through Walmart, I will continue to purchase from them in the future. I've never been disappointed.

this plant was beautiful when it arrived. I was worried about how this was going to ship. the plant was wrapped in paper and had plastic around it so the dirt didn't fall out all over the place. the soil was still damp and plant was in great condition. The roots were also healthy had I had no issues repotting...this plant is growing very fast and doing well. The shipping was fast and this is a great price ! If you get this plant you won't be disappointed.

I'm new to buying plants online. So far I've gotten two of them. This one was delivered when it was promised and was in perfect condition. I've been so impressed that I've decided to add the cost of new plants into my monthly budget. I'm looking forward to the green additions to my home.

I have problems with some of my online plant delivery services not this one. The package was in great condition. The plant was outstanding . Very happy. I have limited space for my collection. Only a few more I want. A lot of my plants have come from this company.

This plant came fully intact in great packaging. Even the soil was wrapped with plastic wrap to keep the soil from spilling out. The price was also good for 12 inch tall plant. It doesn't come with any fancy pot just the plastic planters pot. Still need to buy a pot to cover the planters pot!! Using a plastic container for now!!

Just received my Dieffenbachia House Plant from Florida. Just beautiful. Kudos to whoever packaged the plant for a final destination to Massachusetts. Whatever I have received from Costa Farms, comes in superior condition, and thus, I will continue to place all my future orders with them!!!!!

Look good the first day. The second day wilting and third day rot at dirt level . I had not watered. It was very moist when it arrived. Was so bad it could not be repotted to save.

Plant had bugs on it on arrival. Outer pot is plastic not ceramic. I treated with Neem oil to prevent spread to my other plants as this plant seems like it should survive the infestation. This and other similar plants I received were bone dry on arrival. Plastic outer pot is more attractive than a grower pot if you want a color other than black or green but is very thin plastic resin material and is very similar to a grower pot. If you want ceramic, buy a pot you like and get a plant in a grower pot that looks good and is ready to “pot up” to the size you want instead. If you want a “ready to plop” plant, this can be dropped where you want it and match light color rooms but it is NOT ceramic. Monitor for pests and check moisture level of plants on arrival.

I ordered this plant not knowing days ahead would bring super cold weather. After delivery it was unpacked and inside my (warm) home within an 1/2 hour. When it was delivered, the box was on its side. The plant had 90% of its leaves wilted from the cold. I cut back the dead leaves and tried to help it recover. I thought if the plant comes back there is no need to start a refund. It takes a lot for me to return anything. After a few days I looked into starting a refund/return and found out; IF I WANTED TO RETURN THAT I HAD TO REQUEST IT THE SAME DAY OF DELIVERY. A $19.00 mistake that I will not make again. Along with the plant being frozen to death, the pot it came with was broken. Costa farms did nothing to prevent the plant from the cold unlike the plant I ordered and received a day earlier from Hirts Garden thru Walmart. Hirts garden had wrapped the plant pot with a 40 hour warming wrap. That plant is doing great and is growing. This review is to warn everyone that if a refund is needed- it must be done the same day of the delivery.

I ordered 4 plants. They all seemed packed decently, until I unpacked them. The plastic wrap that had to be cut off was woven through the dirt. All 4 pots had dirt everywhere. I'm still cleaning it up!!! Avoid the hassle and go into the store to buy. Ridiculous and completely annoying.
