Will definitely order again
Was a bit nervous ordering a live palm online(in January in Indiana at that) to start with, but it arrived in amazing condition(probably better shape than going to the store since it shipped straight from the nursery). I will definitely keep ordering plants from here—better price and they're extremely healthy. Pic was taken straight out of the box.

Fantastic tree
This sago is very awesome. It looks beautiful and arrived in perfect condition. Amazing value for the price. I got the 24"- it looks just like in the pictures, very big and very cool. I have a strong grow light over it since it will not get much sunlight where it is. 0 complaints, I love this tree

I'm impressed!
I'm impressed that Walmart has a live plant vendor that has outdone Home Depot and Fast Growing Trees. My normal go to companies failed me twice this season so I decided to try out Walmart. This plant arrived in perfect condition and is absolutely beautiful. I'll see where we are with it next year and give an update.

Best plants i ever purchased .
I have puchased three 10 inch sago palms and each one is more beautiful than the other. They came in extremely Fast and were pack very very well. I transplanted each but trmmed the roots before potting each one. They are growing very well in their new larger pots

Good plant but the pot has a fatal flaw
Got this in the store. The plant was a good deal. But I didn't notice until I tried to water it that the black nursery pot is glued onto the white ceramic pot. The white ceramic pot doesn't have drainage holes. This makes it impossible to check for/get rid of excess water at the bottom of the pot.

the palm was frozen. all the dirt had ice in it. it had a warm pack on it but it was stone cold. im trying to revive the plant. i googled it and i may be able to revive it
