I loved how carefully the plants were packaged for their delivery to my house. They arrived in excellent condition without any harm to the branches or trunk and all the soil remained in the pot as it was so well wrapped. Thank you!

plant arrived in excellent condition. plant looks healthy and beautiful. very happy.

The only problem was the shipping. I do believe it would have been a wonderful plant had it been shipped properly. it got to my place of destination only after the fourth time. and that's what I said

it arrived with many black and dying leaves. i am hoping that it snapps out of it. it is dropping many leaves and had dropped many inside the box.

well, the plant arrived healthy and happy and full with leaves. I was so happy. but it started shedding leaves in bunches. I tried to fix all the issues, light, moisture, draft. it has lost 60% of leaves. Some leaves are falling in groups along with the twigs/stem. I don't know what I am doing wrong. can anyone help me?

Arrived well packed and ahead of schedule. Then, within a day or two, leaves started dropping like flies. I checked the plant and it was infested with scale, which could easily have spread to my other plants. I did try to remove the scale, but every day it drops more leaves and stems. It was a total waste of money.

Plant was full but super heavy when it arrived, I noticed may leaves in the box and never stopped dropping leaves. I was super wet so I set it on a flat surface to drain several days. Leaves keep falling and falling, it was almost bare when I received a 15$ credit because I could not return it. Then I decided to try and repot it and found the plant had root rot I tied to save it but it died, with in 1.5 months. Never again will I buy a plant from Costa Farms, nor would I ever recommed them. I have a couple shefflera plants and never had one die or have root rot. Very disappointed.

It was almost dead. Most of the leaves had fallen off due to lack of water. Don't know if it's going to make it.

half of the plant is so shocked from delivery that it's dying. sad, but true.
