After turning 50 this year, I switched to Core 1 Daily for Wome 50+. I was previously taking 2 pills per day Country Life Realfood Organics® Multivitamin For Women. I love both of these products! But just one pill a day is much more convenient.
Found these multi vitamins for women over 50 (i.e. no iron) when my other favorite whole food vitamin changed their product. These are easy on the stomach, even between meals, and help my body stay regular, too.
I've been taking the Core Daily Women 50+ vitamins for 5 years now. The vitamins have all the nutrients I need and then some. Extremely happy with these vitamins and I will continue using.
I love the fact that these vitamins include over 30 raw Whole Foods. They also have probiotics, digestive enzymes and aloe, all things that help digestion. I appreciate that since I personally have an issue with digestion. And they really do seem to help. ❤️
I am very attuned to my health. I eat with nutrition in mind and take supplements. When I came across Core Daily multivitamin I was amazed and thrilled that I could get so many nutritious elements in one daily capsule. I highly recommend it for women who are very conscious of your health.
I have been using this brand of multivitamin for women over 50 for a few years. It is not harsh on your stomach. I do recommend this to my family and friends. The cost is comparable to other quality vitamins.
This has been the best multivitamin. I have taken daily vitamins for years. Now at 60+ I found this and have no problem even on an empty stomach. These are a must everyday and you only need 1. Perfect match for me.
I have nothing bad to say about these vitamins. They balance me. They give me just the right supplementation I need.
I purchase this for my daughter. She relies on it to give her the needed boosts of her daily vitamins.
Seems to work well, no negative side effects for this multivitamin. I sometimes can feel a bit sick to my stomach when i take a larger vitamin, but,no such reaction with this one. Seems like a good well rounded supplement. On the expensive side however.
