Good for those donating blood
I donate blood to the Red Cross every 56 days and I take spinach leaf (amongst other things) to help me maintain a good level of iron in my blood.

But Not Organic,,,
I think this is a good idea of full spectrum but not organic. Organic apples would be nice but none here not even dried organic apples.
