Crayola Assorted Zigzag Inspiration Art Case, 140 Piece, Art Set for Kids

My granddaughters loved this gift, so many pieces to draw/color with that they were excited. Bought as an Easter gift for a 8

I placed an order for this 140 piece art set 3 separate times. Twice I was delivered the 115 piece set. The third and final time I happened to see that my order said “weight adjusted” (the first two times they still stated it was the 140 piece) and saw they attempted to send the 115 piece again with no notification. There needs to be a better process for online ordering.

Item listing clearly says Zig Zag 140 piece set. This ia NOT what I recieved. I was sent a 115pc case with a completely different design on it (cute, but not what I ordered. The listing shows 2 designs- I got neither), %26 only 115 pieces. I usually love these cases, %26 have gotten many for my child %26 for gifts over the years.... but it's very disappointing to be sent something different from what I ordered. Do better Walmart. :-(

I should have read the reviews. I received the 115 piece set twice before giving up. If you're looking for the 140 piece set, order it somewhere else.

I ordered the Crayola Inspiration Art Case for my daughter because it was her most wanted gift for Christmas. Shipping was super FAST and it is an awesome case from a trusted brand. However, I ordered a set that included 140 pieces, because it is the one she specifically chose and the one I received ONLY includes 115 pieces :( After, looking at other reviews I see that this happened to other people too.. I have no idea how to get the larger 140 piece set because prior to my order, I had my husband order the 140 piece set from his account as a pick up order and he received the same 115 piece set as well. Now I have placed an order for the Crayola ULTRA smART case, but it is considerably more expensive and i'm not sure if it will make it before Christmas. I have several health issues that leave me susceptible to picking up colds/viruses and l have chronically fatigue, so I dread having to go in the store and endure the return process with Walmart for the two 115 piece Art cases that we received that weren't what we ordered…not to mention we don't live super close to a Walmart, so that's extra time and gas.

Sent wrong items!, and not the first time!      Not HAPPY since these gifts were for my Granddaughters!                                                  And they keep asking me to renew Walmart .                                                       I don't think so!

Same as others have stated, this rating is on Walmart and there lack of updating the product info. Walmart sells multiple crayola boxes, however, I tried twice to order the 140 piece pictured and described but Walmart delivered the 115 piece set identifying it as the 140 piece. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and a better option than others but looks like I could have gotten the 115 at a better sale price from Target.

Do not purchase this product they sent me the wrong product. I received the 115 count one when I clearly ordered the 140 count one seems like they've done this to everyone seems like a scam to me and this was a gift so I can't afford to send it back and wait or return

I was very disappointed I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered the Crayola imagination set 140 piece set and received the 115 piece set that is sold in the store. I work for Wal-Mart and could just bought that one myself. But I thought I was getting the better deal for more pieces and a cheaper price. This was for my daughter's 6th birthday and i was very disappointed. If your not going s to ship the right products take down this ad for the 140 piece and put up the product that you will be shipping them.

I ordered a 140 pc set and did the "pick-up at store" and when I went to get it, they gave me the 115 pc. set. I told them ,it's not what I ordered and cancelled it. That evening I ordered 2 online again and picked the "ship to me" they came in and guess what??? They sent me the 115 pc sets. I am very disappointed and a bit upset. Don't advertise one thing and send another, if you DON'T have an item, mark it as SOLD OUT. This was to be Christmas gifts which I may have to give them if I can't find what I want BUT I should be reimbursed some money because I paid for 140 pc and only received 115.
