Crayola Ultimate Light Board, White, LED Tracing & Drawing Board, Light Up Toy, Holiday Arts & Crafts, Holiday and Christmas Gift for Kids, Ages 6+

Happy that it was in stock and available for Christmas. Item arrived on time. I didn't like that it was just a label on the box and showing what it was.

The first use and the plexiglass has a smeary residue after cleaning. It is almost impossible to get the plexiglass clear. We tried wet wipes, soft paper towel, a little dish soap on a mouse clean soft cloth, window cleaner, disinfectant wipes and nothing really help clear the smudges. We use the glasses lens cleaner wipes and got the best results but still smeary that doesn’t come off. We are going to try some of the other markets that are suggested to use with it, to see if we get a better result with easier clean up. I am only keeping them because I bought 4 for the daycare kiddos and they don’t mind the smudges, just like the lights and brightening up their art work.

I bought this as a NEW gift for my granddaughter come to find out someone must of returned it and they resold it. hapoens i know however it was filthy , used a bunch of times w dirty fingerprints on it! i guess I am more upset with Walmart then the actual product itself . it still works but if i wanted to pay full price for a used product i would have gone to a resale shop! check your returns Walmart!

The things I have ordered from Walmart were not shipped to the delivery address and were shipped to my home address which didn't work for me. I even edited the addresses twice, I have done the chat and called the center. No help was given. I won't EVER oprder from walmart online EVER AGAIN. Items also came late!

I can't use this until I get the tool to open the battery compartment. I bought batteries to have when this arrived not knowing I couldn't install them. I also see from other reviews that the battery setup appears to be fragile as many report breakage that prevents use. Maybe some re-engineering is in order. And it wouldn't hurt to include the tool that gives access to battery compartment so maybe it could be used once before it breaks. I can't provide any other info except major disappointment.

I received my package today was supposed to receive it on 2 January but it came today which is OK I guess but the string has a couple of scratches on it. Light scratches and it did not come with the markers that it should’ve came with six of them was missing. I don’t know if this was already used to me. I think it was because it came without the markers and like I said, the screen has a little damage on it.

So disappointed with these items. Screen can’t be cleaned. Lighting doesn’t show up very will. My grandchildren can’t even use them. A total waste of my money. I always thought Crayola was the best but this item is totally useless. And worst of all I purchased TWO of them.

gave item to our son as christmas gift, he opened it and was so excited just for us to add batteries and find it didnt work. it was also past the return window once christmas hit so we were just out one of his gifts.

I was delivered an item from the store that was previously returned with the security seal broken open and instructions missing from the box. Just because you are ordering online and cannot physically touch and see it before purchase does not mean someone will accept it. The picker from the store could use some coaching on items purchased from online orders that are not acceptable for purchase/delivery. THANKFULLY (The Agent was excellent) Customer Service was able to resolve the issue

For nearly $30 I expected to receive an unopened brand new product from Walmart delivery. This was from our local store. It had been previously opened, used, scratched and dirty from whomever returned it. Very disappointed but my grandson didn't want to give it up for me to return it. It's a great concept but it's not made of the best material.
