I received this item for free in exchange for an honest review. This electric cart is amazing!! It comes fully assembled and even came with a charge so we could start using right away. Our little boy will love it. I am 5'2" and 135lb and was able to ride it myself!! So much fun. We really like the hidden parental speed control. One mode is 2.5 mph and the other is 8mph. Great for little kids or big kids. It rides super smooth. Very impressed!! See photo for size comparison to other outdoor toys.
Pull it out of the box, plug it in to charge over night, connect the flag, and GO! My little girl is having SO much fun with this. It's best to use it in a wide open space like a parking lot to be able to have room to glide, drift, spin, and slide. Great training for turning, backing up, and learning to stop. Parents use an allen wrench to regulate the speed.
Razor has been making Mobility toys for children for a very long time. I have been purchasing razor toys for over 10 years razor started with push scooters years ago and they have evolved over the years. When I saw this love to go cuz I knew they had another winner. I immediately thought my eight year old nephew would love it. I decided to give it to him for his eighth birthday when he received the scooter it was love at first sight. He could not hardly wait to ride it. Earlier this year there was a manual go kart race in town.. my nephew was a little disappointed because he was not old enough to participate this year. Receiving this go kart for his birthday made him feel a lot better. Weather permitting he's been riding everyday since he's gotten it. He took it outside and has been the envy all the neighborhood children since then. They all take turns riding and they all love it..I strongly recommend a helmet, and elbow pads for safety. I I've had several parents approaching looking to purchase their own electrical go karts for their children. I anticipate next year's go kart races will I no longer be manual handmade go karts. But razor go karts races.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 11 year old son and 7 year old daughter are loving the crazy cart. From doing 360 degree spins to drifting around corners they quickly learned how to handle the cart and are having a blast. The box said 40 minutes of drive time however after 40 minutes the kids where still going so that was a plus. At this point the only problem is my 2 kids fighting over who gets to go first.
I was so excited to be able to try this Crazy Cart from Razor! The box was challenging to open, but it was great that nothing needed to be assembled. The cart was ready to go (just had to charge and attach the flag). After a full charge, we tried out the recommended slow speed (and, it was boring). Everyone rode the slow speed once and then we changed it to fast (12mph). All you need is an allen wrench to change the speed. The kids LOVE this setting. The one complaint I have is the grinding of the front wheel when you spin. The instruction manual did say this was normal, but it is still loud and annoying. If you or your kids like drifting, and spinning, this is the car for you! The battery has held up so far (we have had it for a month). My 4 kids (ages 9, 8, 6 and 4) tire of the car before it runs out of battery. The longest we have played was for 45 minutes and the car still had battery left when we stopped playing. We charge the car overnight and it has always been ready the next day. So, so far, no issues with the battery. It says it is recommend for ages 6+, but my 4 year old has no problems controlling the car. I have rode on the cart too and have enjoyed it. I do recommend having a smooth, long, open surface to ride. It does glide a lot and can take up lots of space. Definitely recommend making sure there are no obstacles in the way (dogs included). Yes...I highly recommend this to anyone looking for this sort of cart! Definitely a family fun toy! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
We got these for our 3 and 4 year old boys and OMG they have SO much fun! We ended up getting them for our 8 and 5 year old nephews and 4 year old niece too! This item is so great because it gets the kids outside while also teaching them a skill! I love this version because it has 2 speed modes Low (great for beginners and young kids) and High (for advanced). We ride them in our driveway but also take them to our local park always drawing a crowd! We even took them on a camping trip this past summer and to our surprise the kids were able to drive them in low grass and even a gravel road! I HIGHLY recommend this for kids or all ages! We love riding them too!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kids love this and beg to ride it! They have so much fun and I love the fun they have on it! It is also super easy to charge! I wish this was in my size so I could enjoy it too!
My 9 yr old boy can't get off from it. He's actually riding it inside the house whenever he can't go outside. The battery doesn't last for too long, but I guess that's sort of a good thing this way we can head inside lol
I bought two of these for my two kids for X-mas. They were great for a few months. After a few months, both wheel hub assemblies failed. They are so poorly designed, engineered and manufactured with milometer thin plastic holding the hub screws in place. Pictures speak a thousand words. Take a look at mine.
The cord that plugs into battery is in the most inconvenient spot if you have chubby fingers, and the plastic piece holding it broke off. I have to use electrical tape to hold it in place. The screws on wheels two have fallen out and one clip broke. Idk if he hit the sidewalk bump too hard, but got it at end of April and basically junk now.
