Thin, too small, poorly made.

Eventually some pain from pulling on the ears. Will not use again.

I use it on my lower chin area, it gives a cool feeling as you place it on, left on for 20 to 30mins, but skin started to itch & irritate my skin so, I had to stop use.plus it started drying out & losing the moister as you wear it daily,

I thought this item was cloth. It's not. It's like a silicone. I used it once and it wrinkled up on itself and was unusable again. Quite useless.

I bought this to help fix my sagging chin but when it got here it has a sticky film inside and wouldnt even make it to loop on my ears. I almost couldnt get all the sticky off my face using soap and water. I had to just throw it away. A waste of money.

I purchased it recently from your catalog. When it came I tried to put it on my chin going to bed. I stretch it all the way possible and I could survive only 10 minutes - then was severe pain behind my ears. I have narrow face and I weight 143 lb - so I consider myself as average size woman. This product size is for small children, but they don't need such items! I feel very upset that your company is selling such a junk! I still have other mask unopen - ready to return. I spent over $23 (taxes, processing fee, s+h) for item you sell for $10.99. It is scandal!

This product is too small......it pulls and hurts my ears. It also stays out of shape when trying to reuse it. Poor design and fabric. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Very small. Will not fit a child or adult. Will not stretch to the ear. Planning to return for refund.

Thought this was something you could wear to bed, however it has some kind of gel on it and it is way to tight on the ears!

They are really designed for one time use only if you can get it to fit properly. .Does not cover like the picture.
