Cricut Foil Transfer Kit

I got this kit during the big sale as I figured I had nothing to lose and I’m so happy I did! I love how easy it is to swap the tips into the housing and create beautiful pieces. I do wish there was an easier way to attach foil sheets to your work but that’s a minimal complaint for me compared to the outcome I get!

Can't complain, does what it says on the tin, a good purchase. The only problem I have with it is not even the tool itself, but the "foil" feature in Design Space that instead of just tracing the lineart, doubles it. I had to use a cheat found on youtube to get some sort of solid line. It'd be better if the "Foil" feature wouldn't double the line and the line thickness would only be dictated by the size of the nib, as this tool comes with 3 sizes of nibs.

The foil transfer kit is of good quality. I used it to foil in the silver color a scripture reference. I used the medium on the Cherry Veneer. It came out a little lighter than I expected. But it is readable.

Great foil. I love adding tge foil to cards. Several fun colors. Comes with plenty of tape to hold to your project.

I made bookmarks with the foil transfer sheets I received. They cane out awesome.

Amazing material! easy to use and it makes for wonderful projects.

Does exactly as expected. Has a learning curve, but that’s to be expected from fine craftwork

I use Design Space via my iPad. I did not know that the whole file transfer kit did not work on an iPad app. What I read said that it would work on the website. When I tried to use Design Space on the website on my iPad, it said that feature was not available. I have not yet had the time - since that wasted two hours of my time - to try it out on my laptop. I've ruined some materials trying to get it to work, and I am not a happy camper.

This didn’t work how I’d hoped! It was easy assemble, but the application of the foil onto my paper was smudgy/patchy.

Does not give a good effect even after processing it twice once on normal pressure and then again with more because the line came out too small. Used Bold setting with the 3 line tip and got the same results as medium. The material being used was from the insert card kit that came with the foil so I know it was not the material being used. Waste of money.
