Crock-Pot 20-Ounce Lunch Crock Food Warmer

I work construction in the northeast, where winters are cold. This is great for heating leftevers. Way better than a cold sandwich or buying from the lunch truck. I just plug into my inverter (it's not 12v) 30 min. to an hour ahead and have to blow on almost every bite.

Ordered the lunch crock and 2 extra crocks for my hubby to use every day for lunch....He is a teacher at a HS and they have 1 microwave for all the staff at lunch.... The first day he used it, I got an email calling me a GENIUS! Everyday in the first week, I get messages that say MMMMMMMMMMMMMM.....This is exactly what he needs for a fresh, tasty lunch daily!

Purchased one for my husband shortly before Christmas 2012 and he says it is the best thing ever invented. He hoped that it lasted until he retired because he loves it so much. I purchased two more so that if it does break he will have a replacement. Terrific invention.

For many years, I have enjoyed using my Crock Pot food warmer. Recently I purchased one for my wife. She enjoys her Crock Pot food warmer too. It is an excellent product. By using this product, we are able to bring food to work. This product quickly pays for itself.

I liked this lunch crock so much I bought it for others. I plug it in and it cycles on and off as needed, no stirring required. Be sure to secure the outer cover tightly. The inner cover pops up after some time to let steam escape. Note that this is not a three prong appliance if your work requires that. I bought extra inserts. They are frequently noted as "out of stock" on the website, but they are available periodically. You just need to keep checking the website and then order them when you see they are available.

My husband was the envy of the police department when he brought his in for the first time! He plugged it up when he went on duty and by the time he was ready to eat, so was the leftovers...not to mention he had everyone in the department hungry ;o) It works great, especially when he is on midnight shift and places to eat close before he has a chance to grab a bite. So far, no complaints. A very pleased couple! Thank you for such a cool product.

Purchased the Lunch Crock for my son who takes lunch to work everyday. He is thrilled with it and has become creative with what he puts in it. The other day he put in pieces of grilled chicken, with a little water. He took tortillas, cheese, lettuce, ranch dressing and made grilled chicken ranch wraps! The other guys at work are always looking over to see what is in his crock every day. Now I need to buy 2 more for my other kids!

I purchased this for my husband and daughter. They both have jobs that don't allow them to really leave their area of work or get long lunch breaks. They enjoyed that it kept the food warm and not overcooked, like in a microwave, as well as the fact they didn't have to eat fast food. Thank you for coming up with a wonderful solution for keeping my family happy and healthy!

My only wish is that the warming dish was either ceramic or stainless steel for health reasons, rather than aluminum. But, I know weight is an issue and they wanted to make it light. Otherwise, a great product for someone who doesn't like microwaving everything they eat!!

Love the Lunch Crocks, my boys use them quite often during the week for school. The only problem we've had is the inside container lids do not stay on tight and we've had spills. We now prepare the food in a sealed container and pour into the crock before heating. Alternately, we use a rubber band to hold the lid in place for non-liquid meals. Still, it's a great convenience and a way to eat healthy on-the-run!
