While online with Walmart I saw this crock pot on clearance so being my old crock pot of 10 years needed updating I decided to order this reasonably priced one. I made beef stew yesterday %26 not only did it come out delicious but I think it cooked little faster in this new crock pot

I love the lock handles to keep food secure for traveling Online ordering was easy Basicly set it and forget it This is my 2nd crock pot my first one the handle came apart, ordered a new crock pot never thinking you would replace it Great customer service

I had been contemplating a slow cooker since last summer because I don't like heating up the house to make dinner and with 2 small children it's hard to keep them out of the kitchen when the oven is on. We chose the slow cooker with a lid that can be locked in place for transporting it because it also keeps the kids from being able to open it. Be aware though that the outside of the cooker is still very hot so push it back on the counter where little hands can not reach it!

This was a housewarming gift to a dear elderly friend of mine, who writes: "I love my new crock-pot with the lock-on lid. No more spills in the back seat of the car where I have to stand on my head to clean it up or in the trunk of the car which is worse because I have to climb in and squat down so I don't bump my head (which I usually do a couple of times before I learn.) The crock-pot is a real convenience especially at this time of year (fall) when I think soup, put it on in the morning and go out and buy crackers and dinner is ready. I use it almost every day."

Large enough for group get together.Easy to clean and transport lid does an excellent job of sealing for transport. Holds heat when transporting but remember that out side of crock is hot.Just set in heavy card board box when hot transporting due to the heat so vehicle interior wont get messed up from outside heat from crock.

I like the good old fashioned control. No electronics! Love the new lid with a rubber seal, and the latches are excellent!

Replaced another that couldn't get replacement parts for. Love the locking feature so we can take it places. Husband is looking for recipes to make so he can take it and show off his cooking skills!!!

Love this pot. It's my second pot like this, my daughter broke my first one. I love the lock down feature on it and also it's not one of the new electronic panels. I like just a nob with off high med and low. I cooks well and just the right size

Looks nice, cooks well, simple to use but the loop handle on top is very very cheaply made. The too short cord caught on something as I turned around to wash it at the sink, the cover slid off and the little handle broke. Was only the 2nd time I had used it. Have contacted Customer Support to ask about buying a replacement for the plastic handle as it looks easy to replace but have not heard if that is possible or if I will have to buy the whole lid.

I was using my 6 quart oval portable cooker today and I heard a loud pop in the kitchen. When I went to investigate I found the lid on my cooker had shattered. When I tried to lift it off the glass crumbled in on my food. Not only did I have a mess to clean up, we had no dinner. I have done some searching on the internet and this does not seem to be a random incident. Now I have a cooker w/o a lid that is virtually useless.
