Very nice knifes. they are crazy SHARP. Be very careful these are the sharpest I've seen. Note...these are Steel blades with a ceramic coating. I originally thought they were all ceramic, I was going to return them but decided to give them a try and glad I did. Great Price.

These steak knives are beautiful in form and efficient in action. I am really glad to have them. They also serve double duty in slicing tomatoes for me because of their sharp serrated edge.
