Nonstick coating is durable and the pan has a nice weight to it! The coating is lasting, but we are careful to follow the use instructions so ymmv. We are very happy with the purchase.
I love the 3-quart saucepan that I purchased. The directions that come with the product tell you NOT to use high heat with the pan, but that medium heat is sufficient. I was somewhat skeptical, but I tried it. I was surprised at how well the medium heat got the pan hot enough to cook foods quickly and well. I am quite happy with this product!!!
The design of my Cuisinart pan is almost perfect: Weight, balance, materials and size. The only improvement may be to double the thickness on the pan bottom so as to provide a long lasting thermal source for cooking.
I bought this as a replacement for a Revere sauce pan that had developed a “bump” in the bottom. It was next to impossible to cook with and I decided to try something new. I'm really glad I did. This pan is wider and not as deep as my older 3 quart pan but I love the design. Mac and cheese was first to be cooked and it did great. I then decided to do something a little more difficult and cooked peanut brittle. It was a huge success! I absolutely love this pan. From the wide design to the longer handle to the wonderful lid, this pan is amazing. We'll see how it works out over a few years of hard work but for now, I couldn't be happier.
I received this pan as a housewarming gift. I love it! I used it to cook several dishes for Thanksgiving. Nothing stuck to the pan and everything turned out great!
Always dependable brand! This saucepan was a replacement for one my daughter ruined (!) and naturally I'm in love with it. The surface is pretty much nonstick which means I can cook virtually anything in it.
J the pan is great but why stock a whole row of white led lights and no insect lights?
Perfect size,weight. Very good
lightweight pan. nice nonstick coating although i can see marks on the coating from my plastic utensils, there is no breakthrough. pot and lid handles could use more girth or a silicone coating to make easier to handle. plus would absorb some of heat. especially lid handle.
I don't like my pans at all. I use the utensils recommended and they still scratch
