This pan is everything I need in an everyday pan. N I mean everyday! I purchased it bc the price was reasonable, it is a cuisanart - a trusted brand in my household - AND it came with a lid. A lid that fits. I've used this pan daily since it arrived. At breakfast for scrambled eggs n bacon, at lunchtime for delicious grilled sandwiches n at dinner for everything from casseroles to pork chops n scalloped potatoes. And on game day — we make potstickers, fillings for sliders n good old Mac n cheese. It's a great pan for the new cook n for grandmoms like me. If you r on the fence, I suggest you give it a try bc you won't b disappointed.

This is my go to pan. Its not too big and not too small. It braises and sautees and frys. It can go from stovetop to oven and it is a breeze to clean. I had my last one for over 10 years. The only reason I got a new one is because my husband dragged his fork along the old one. I cant realy blame him for wanting to get the last bits of food. But seriously, do NOT use metal utensils and it will last forever.

This is my third every day pan. The only reason why it gets to be the third is because people use sharp objects when they're cooking in it even though I told them numerous times not to so as it says every day it's used every day.

I love that the pan has 2 handles instead of 1 long handle, and a tight fitting glass lid. It's exactly what I was looking for when researching skillets that can be used on the stovetop or oven. Unfortunately for me I wanted a pan that was broiler safe for things like broiling cheese on a skillet meal. I thought I read that it was safe for this but the instruction packet says it's not.

Great pan. It is quality. It has good weight and even heating. I like having no long handle. The only reason it is 4 out of 5 stars is because the metal handles get hot and they aren't supposed to. I bought silicone pieces to go over them, so that works. But i wish these already had them like my last Cuisinart pan. My old one wasn't as heavy but i like it better. This was the next best because i can't find the other one.

Great all purpose pan from stove top to oven. One of my favorite everyday pans.

Really excited about gift but disappointed that inner pot did not have consistent heat distribution and spotted after washing (by hand of course- didn't want to hurt my new pot in the dishwasher).
