Cuisinart ECH-4GM Elemental Collection 4-cup Chopper/Grinder, Gun Metal

I always buy the 3 cup. But this time, I decided to get the 4 cup because the 3 cup was never enough room, and I have had them for many, many, many years. It does exactly what it says. And it's excellent to be on and your counter as a accessory to increase your cooking time process. Increased I have never had an issue with none of them. Other than you gotta watch the temperature that you dry in your dishwasher. Now this one I have not had a problem with, but the 3 cupper, one time I ran it a little too high. And it warped the lid, so it would no longer fit like it should.So I had to have them, replace it as they did.No problems.

Love the 4 cup chopper that replaced my old Cuisinart 2 cup that recently died. I had it for many years and it served me well. The new one is modern and does a fabulous job.

I love that it is compact, but still gives the power that’s needed to chop and grind my vegetables the blade reverses direction depending on which option you’re using. It’s just a great little gadget.

I'm into cute. This 4 cupper is a gem. Looks nice on the counter and has big muscles. Whips wu small jobs without having to pull out the big equipment. It's perfect for my needs.

Hands down my favorite helper in the kitchen. Has earned a permanent spot on the counter. Literally use it for everything … chops, mixes, grinds in only a few pulses. Just the right prep size for chopping onions, celery, carrots, peppers, apples, etc. Makes sauces and dressings in a flash. Grinds nuts and spices. Would even do coffee. You'll love it. Best $$ I've spent!

Brilliant little chopper! I've had mine for 5 years, and it hasn't missed a beat. It's compact, easy to use, and quickly chops vegetables, herbs, and nuts with minimal effort. Perfect for making peanut butter, hummus, and dips and saves a lot of prep time. Cleaning is a breeze, and it doesn't take up much space on the counter or cupboard. Highly recommend for quick and easy chopping.

The blade finally gave up the ghost and rather than getting a replacement blade which was available, I opted to get a new machine. It is so handy, sits on my counter and is used constantly during meal prep. Would recommend it to anyone.
