Culturelle Digestive Health has allowed me to enjoy dairy, spicy foods and a few other things that bother my system again! The bloating, gas, and daily discomfort has decreased immensely. The capsule goes down easily, so there isn't a bad after taste or anything like I have experienced with some other products. So I would just stop using them whether they were helping or not. This was not the case with Culturelle Probiotic Digeative Health. I have recommended it to everyone I know that has stomach or digestion issues. I will definitely continue using it in the future!!!

The pills also do not have a funny taste nor do they give you any discomfort. I noticed the results quickly and now am a fan. I got a chance to sample Culturelle about a month ago. It has helped me tremendously with my digestive problems. I eat alot of spicy food and get a upset stomach alot. Not anymore!
