Cup 4 Cup Gluten Free Multipurpose Flour Blend, 3 lb Resealable Bag

Been using this flour for years! It's my go to for anything. I do prefer using King Arthur for cakes lately for the texture %26 consistency, but Cup 4 Cup tastes way better! It does not have that gritty rice flour taste that most of the gluten free flours have.

This is one of the best gluten free products on the market. I have used other flours and keep coming back to this one. I hope this is always in stock. My daughter has celiac disease and it's so hard to find anywhere else and Walmart is so convenient. I highly recommend!

If you really want to bake gluten-free, this is the stuff to use. No weird texture, no strange flavor. Just the closest you can get to the way the recipe is supposed to be. Is the texture a little bit different than using all-purpose wheat flour? A little bit but as far as taste and recipe goes, it is the best of the gluten-free choices.

This flour works wonderfully well for baked goods … excellent texture and flavor. It is very expensive compared to other brands so I will use it for special recipes only, and use other gluten free flour for normal use.
