This works very well. It's flexible enough even frozen to bend to your needs, and it stays cold the 20 mins needed for proper injury icing. The cover is quite soft. I did wrap it again in a thin towel, as it was pretty cold! it also refreezes fast, so when you ice some more, it will be ready. I am very pleased.

The item is quite large, but is perfect for injuries on legs, black, arms, etc. I purchased it after having surgery and having some complications that needed a cold compress several times a day. Worked perfectly and stayed cold for quite some time.

It works so well for both my husband and myself that this is the second one I bought. It bends easily and definitely works great use after use.

I liked the compress and especially the size. I needed the cold effect and it covered the area very well that I was treating. I highly recommend this product.

Even better than I expected. I purchased this to replace one that I had for years, this pad heats evenly and stays warm. Haven't tried the ‘cold feature', but I'm not expecting any issues. Great buy!

This compress works really well. I just wish it was an inch or two bigger. I do like that you don't have to put a towel between the compress and your skin. The fabric is really nice, soft and silky-feeling at the same time. The gel is uniform and conforms to your skin well. The directions say for heating to set the microwave time for 65 seconds. For me it's more like 90 seconds. This is actually the best hot/cold pack I've ever owned, and I've owned a few!

it's big enough where you can use it on your hands,neck or bigger places. and it's reuseable

The pack is too slick to stay where you need it. Also, it is very thin and didn't get hot enough to do much when heated for 1 min 10 seconds per the instructions. I am returning it.
