This is the best scented repellant I've ever tried. I've been using this product for more than a year already. Besides containing aloe & Vitamin E for skincare, it's also an effective way to keep mosquitoes away.
Strange we have a mosquito issue.. there is a drought here, but we do and the itsy bitty things have a bite venom equal to a killer bee. The Agriculture bulletin they left on our door identifies 5 new types in our area now (San Diego Co.) They go for the legs. So far this product has worked fine and the scent is ok. The problem; last time ordered, tracking said it arrived in our mail box via U.S.P.S, when indeed it had not. So three days later advised Walmart and they started a refund. Next day it showed up via Amazon Prime...so ????? Had to call Walmart back to retract the refund. Little annoying for me and Walmart...
We live out in the back hills of North Idaho & have a creek nearby so we also have a lot of nasty mosquitoes every summer. We have used this particular spray for the past several years with very good results. We like it because it does not burn our skin like some of the other bug repellant sprays do & it is not in a can. It smells nice too & is not oily or sticky. Matter of fact, we don't even notice it after we've applied it, but the bugs do! It lasts for several hours on the skin. We also spray our hats & clothing with it too because the mosquitoes up here manage to go right through clothing, even denim! It has not stained any of our clothing or our light colored hats. So for us, it works perfect. Our only problem was that our "local" Walmart has seriously cut back on all the merchandise it sells in the store & they opted not to carry it this year. Thank goodness for Walmart.com!
I go to school in the Caribbean and I sleep with a mosquito net most nights. If I am not wearing some sort of repellent I will be eaten alive in my house. I love Skinsations because it is light, non-greasy, and I can't smell it after it dries. It keeps the mosquitoes away for a good 4-6 hours. I have noticed that if I miss a spot while spraying, the mosquitoes will find it so be sure to cover all exposed areas. Great product and Walmart sells it for less than I have found anywhere else.
Smells good and works great! What more could you ask for?
Gentle on skin. Seems effective when outside for long period. Nice scent.
smells good and smell does not llinger for a long time
It smells good and seems to work with repeated applications. I don't like that it contains DEET, at a low concentration (7%), but it could be worse. It was an okay purchase.
I purchased after being a mosquitoe buffet on the 4th of July 2021. My sister opened the bottle to smell it and it fell over. I found it on the table the next morning... took the paint right off the table... clean to the original surface which decided for me NOT to use on my sensitive skin. I don't know if it works...
This is the second Skinsation bottle of Insect repellent in a row that has a nozzle that doesn't work. You have to press the head five or six times and hope it comes out once. I won't buy another, too much hassle to bring back items. Try another brand or different delivery system.
