Equate Kids Sunscreen Spray, SPF 50, 11 oz, 2 Count

I haven't done any sort of technical review. I just know these are cheaper than the name brand and have the same active chemicals, so I'm going with them. Haven't really used them much, but they should be as good or maybe even better than the name brand since they use the same chemicals and are cheaper.

We love this spray combined with the Equate sunscreen stick is our family's preferred sun protection. The two pack is a great deal. The spray is very even down to the final drops. It is not super greasy or smelly. Easy to apply, I trust the kids with application. Some brands are two thick, splotchy, overly perfumed and difficult to work with. We have used it on faces but I do prefer to spray in my hand first or as stated earlier using the equate 50spf stick is a great option.

great value for the price, I got a bunch of these because we travel to the Caribbean super often, like every 2, 3 months and one time I run out of it and my poor husband ended up with a red back, this avoids the sunburn, easy to apply and great when buying in bundle, not only for children, excellent for grown ups too!

This sunscreen is easy to use when rushing out the door. I use the face stick instead of spray for the kids faces and ears but the spray works well for everything else. I also learned that this spray works well if a child decides to decorate themselves with a sharpie that magically appears within reach!! Just spray and then wipe off with a paper towel.

The spray version is Great! Do NOT buy the lotion in this brand. It is horrible and TOO THICK and does not come off without scrubbing. It made my face EXTREMELY WHITE and my biracial children looked purple (because of their awesome tans plus the "white "glue" from the lotion. They looked like they just got out of an ice bath??? Anyhow this spray on is great though. LOL

great valuw for the money we go through a lot lf sunscreen in the summer great to spray it on the kids

Pros * Spray format makes covering arms and legs quicker than rubbing in a thick lotion. * SPF 50 is a common high-protection option for outdoor use. Con * Spray sunscreen still needs thorough, even application and reapplication according to the label. Fun Fact * SPF refers mainly to protection against UVB rays.

Coverage, quality and protection 4/5 stars because one can does not last very long for 2 children. I am not sure how great of quality it is as the spray goes on clear and kind of alcoholy type. I prefer the white lotion sunscreen and know the protection is better. This would be perfect as a backup or adding on layers throughout the day. I recommend reapplying every hour, as opposed to the lotion which lasts longer. Convenience and mess free 5/5 stars. Also easy to apply to kids and adults.

I believe it gets the job done; however I hate it. It's far too sticky and the worst smell/taste ever: I do not like spraying it in my face because it gets in your mouth and is soooo sticky, I actually won't use this ever again because the sticky residue it leaves all over the area you sprayed. :( the only thing that was good about it, was that it was affordable, and it also is not water proof or water resistant at all

This spray sunscreen, unlike the cream version, contains fragrance. It's a heavy, mature floral smell, completely inappropriate for children, and likely to aggravate allergies and/or asthma.
