Dalen Plastic Fences-Transparent Netting for Garden Borders-3'x50'-Gray

I took advantage of Walmart's free shipping for everything after Christmas to buy low ticket items. This item was one of them. Shipping was fast and I was pleased to inspect the product when it arrived. It is plastic welded mesh about one inch squares. It's flimsey but strong. Staked out properly at 6'-8' intervals as recommended it should keep out all the garden critters. I have some tent stakes I'm going to use in between the posts. If you compare to other fencing this one is budget friendly. I'm even contemplating cutting the roll in half so I have double the length. My concern is keeping the rabbits out of the garden. I would say it has many uses with a little imagination like a substitute for chicken wire, wrapping up a Christmas tree for hauling, holding something down, etc.

It works great, I used it to put around my balcony to keep my cat from jumping over it, and keep her safe

Doesn't tangle like bird netting. Very durable. Using it to fence off the garden from occasionally visiting dogs. I clip it to posts and roll it up when they are gone. Works really well.

Thin fencing but perfect to wrap around out fence with slats to keep our tiny dog inside the fenced in area. Attached with zip ties and now the dog is safe! Good price too.

I have a small dog who is an expert at getting thru farm fencing (4 in x 4 in square wire). We purchased this and attached it to our existing fence using a staple gun and twist ties. It was a little tricky unrolling it and attaching to the fence, took 2 of us to do it. But, problem solved...my little dog can't get through the fence anymore! This plastic fencing worked well with existing wire fencing, not sure how well it would work as stand alone fencing.

How hard it is to get. Ordered it twice and had to drive an hour each time. I wish Walmart could deliver from one store to another, and it would have been a lot easier, even if I had to wait a few days. Walmart would not have been on the hook, as when ordering on line, it is pre-paid via VISA. , and keeps my chickens out of my garden very well. Much, much easier to use than wire fencing.

Installed on deck to keep small dog on it. Was easy versus trying to install chicken wire. Long term? To early to tell, but plastic last a long time.

I purchased this Dalen Plastic Fence to keep my dog off my strawberry plants. He would stand on them when looking in front of our house and had almost killed them all. Even though he is a big dog, this fencing has deterred him from standing there. I did place the posts closer together than usual so that it would not be to easy to knock down. It is a much stronger plastic than the bird netting but obviously not as strong as wire fence.

The first 12' of the roll was good. The remaining of the 38' of the roll was useless to me. I needed the 36" inch height and 12'" of that was stretched and distorted in such a manner that I could not reshape it. I attempted to with another 8' section but it looked terrible so I gave up and did not finish fencing in the remaining 8' of my garden. To compensate for that I opted to fence an along the edge of my lawn instead in an effort to keep the leaves out of that section of my garden. For that I ended up going to my local hardware store and buying a different brand.
