Mine is the fence. It is long enough 2.5 inch and strong enough, No. 10 to hold the fence. It does not require pre-drilling and indeed, 1-2-3, the screw was in! Great item!

I tend to keep wood/deck screws on hand at all times. These come in handy for a lot of different projects. The most recent project was putting up a wooden privacy panel. These screws are black in color have a good sized head to be able to get my screw driver bit in to easily insert the screw in to the wood. I would recommend these to anyone and will purchase in the future. It seems like I am always needing screws for something and these are great for any project. I like that they are easy to use with my impact drivers. I really like that I don't have to pre- drill holes. The self starting point makes drilling easy & prevents splitting. In addition, I like that I can easily back out the screw if I make a mistake. No stripped screw heads. Overall, durable heavy duty exterior screws!! Worth the buy! I highly recommend!!

These Black, Steel Deck Plus Star Flat Head Exterior Deck Screws are just what I needed to fix up my clubhouse. They are long enough to go through 2 by 4's and they are very sturdy so you know they are going to hold. The only thing you should know is that there is an inch of spacing between the head and the ridges so they probably won't screw in all the way. They are definitely perfect for building a deck, patio, fence, or something similar. Keep in mind that you can't use a flathead or Philips screwdriver drill bits with these, rather they require Allen wrench drill bits. And the point is fairly sharp so they screw in pretty easily.

This little box of screws are a great quality screw. They worked amazingly well in replacing some deck boards on my patio. The black steel screw screwed in seamlessly and we're very easy to use. I love that I can find hardware items at Walmart and they are the same quality of a hardware store. Will definitely buy again. They have a limited lifetime warranty and also come with a bonus bit for the screw gun!

These Deck Plus screws couldn't have come at a better time. We had some storms in the area the other day, and a big wind came through and knocked over my garden fence! From there different coatings provide 4 layers of protection, so I don't have to worry about the elements causing them to degrade. They also have no strip technology which is super important when I am the one manning the screw driver! My husband made the remark that he really wishes he had these screws when he built our deck a few years ago. I know after seeing how well they perform, Deck Plus will be our go to brand for screws from now on!

These deck screws are the best wood screws I have used. They come with their very own special drill bit. They grab on easily without pre drilling. They drive right in and go flush with the deck boards. Love these screws. They were sturdy and well made. I recommend.

Decent screw for any outside project, the heads are good gripping as well. I have used these screws in the past and they are pretty good for miscellaneous outdoor projects. It also includes a bit to go with the screw.
