Hearts for artichoke hearts
I love this products. It is perfect for salads. I drain them and even use the marinate liquid to make a quick and easy salad dressing!! They taste fresh and have just the right seasoning, not overly salty.

Excellent!
These are excellent! A lot of artichoke hearts for the price. They are very tender not like Cara Mia that are tough and pokey. I put them on pizza and serve on antipasto plate. YUM!!!

Vinegary and tough
I ordered marinated and quartered artichoke hearts from 7 different makers. The Delallo rated, in my estimation, a D+. The worst of all my samples. I found way too many tough leaves - some needing to be spit out. The marinade was very vinegary and thin. These cost 22.17 cents per ounce, about in the middle of the price range. i much preferred the Pastene at 28.17 cents per ounce, followed by Roland at 28.25 cents per ounce.

I needed artichoke hearts packed in water NOT marinated as this affects the taste of the recipe. the product itself has no issues, it's the substitution was not appropriate when I need it in water.
