Had to get a new cord to attach monitor %26 computer. Hard to order on Walmart.com. it sends out a fraud alert on my card. Otherwise computer is good

The desktop is a much slimmer one than my previous one. It takes up so much less space on my desk and is convenient for my other necessities.

I bought the computer in November 2024. The computer hard drive went out in March 2025. Had to have a new one installed. When it was installed the repair person pointed out there was no sticker on the device for windows with a key code. Therefore my windows are no longer working. Per the order I contacted Blair Technologies who sold the device. It states I would receive a response within 48 hours that was well over 48 hours ago. Buyer beware! Do not purchase!

The first thing I noticed when I opened the shipping package was that one of the expansion slot covers was missing. I found the PCIe slot empty. A Wireless Technology Internal Wi-Fi 6 PCIe Adapter was supposed to have been included. I also found four screws rolling around loose inside the tower. Also missing was the web cam. then I found that the BIOS battery was dead. I sent a message listing all the issues that I found. They replied with an email asking me to confirm that it was okay for them to ship the missing parts. After a few days I asked the status of the shipment and requested a tracking number. A week after receiving the tracking number I saw that it still had not been shipped. I contacted them again and their response was "Hello we will reship the items to your address". A few days later I received a package, everything except the Wireless Technology Internal Wi-Fi 6 PCIe Adapter. I asked about it again. and they asked me to confirm that a partial refund would be ok. I replied telling them that I would much prefer that they send me the hardware that was supposed to have been included, and that I would not agree to a partial refund without first knowing the amount. They asked again that I confirm that a partial refund would be ok. Again, I replied that I would not blindly agree to accept a partial refund without first knowing the amount. They replied with an offer of $25. I asked in addition to the $25 that they terminate the extended warranty and refund the $48 that I had paid for it as I no longer had any expectation that any future hardware issues would be resolved. Their response was that they were issuing the $25 refund and that they did not issue the extended warranty and that I would have to take that up with someone else. As it stands this same computer build is still listed for sale on your website with the same hardware that they were unwilling or unable to provide.

The hard drive has already broke on this computer. It is only 4 months old. I am trying to find the purchase records to check on warranty but Walmart makes it hard to find my purchase history

Windows 11 Pro was not installed, no wifi installed, no CD optical reader installed, would never buy a refurbished Computer EVER AGAIN . The specifications sheet on YOUR site was a LIE

This is not even the product that we received. The one received was a different model, not 3060. It was refurbished and if I had seen that in the description, I would not have ordered. It had been sprayed with some sort of "perfume" to mask any previous odors. I returned and still have not received a refund 6 days later. I would never trust Walmart to order something to be shippped again. Their 3rd party sellers are not reliable. I may have to protest on my credit card to get a refund. The other online retailer refunds within 4 hrs, not 14 days.

The computer did not work from day one. Had the computer to two computer shops and they could not help.

You do not inform purchers that unit is refurbushed and you have to buy all new VGA cables this will cost you as much as a new one by the time you buy all new cables and software for this unit.
