there was no instructions with this as to how to set it it up program it hook up speakers . nothing about a warranty there was just the equipment and a person has to figure it out or hire someone to set it up and program all apps. but other than that its a great buy and i really like it

the mouse did not come with the computer that was listed. i got the whole setup but can't do anything without a mouse. I'm going to but one so i can actually use the computer

the key board did not work

The wrong (lesser) machine was delivered. It included a computer and monitor. When attempting to replace with correct machine, could not longer obtain computer at same low price and monitor was no longer included.

Add shows it with keyboard and mouse, but they were not with it. The monitor was cracked at the top and the top half of the screen was blocked out. In my case I planned to use a TV for the monitor, so I just trashed it, but none the less it was no good.

good basic home computer for your basic needs. only negative i have is says 32gb ram but only came with 16gb ram. other than that great working computer for basic needs.

The computer was a use one not a new one. The keyboard, volume don't work. I don't like it period!!!!!

didn't receive the monitor on the picture the computer is kind of beat up to and I'm missing screws but I guess you get what you pay for kind of disappointed but what can I do about it anyways

wrong item shipped. i ordered a computer and received only a computer tower. I want to return it and get a refund.

I had no idea that something broken would arrive at my house. I'm super sad, I just received the computer and the mousse is broken and the screen is all cracked. can't use the computer. I thought a semi new computer would arrive but I didn't imagine I would pay for something all broken.😩
