Quick solution to a computer that crashed. Last one I ordered from Blair through Walmart lasted five years. Great product for the price.

So far, this seems like a very good desktop. The only problem was a defective power cord (new in package) sent with it. It failed after the first day. My fault to not check beforehand, but it would be nice if they had made clear this processor does not qualify for Windows 11.

Very glitchy and unstable, it restarts often and gives the blue screen of death often. Refurbished is not reliable and though Walmart will sell the protection for plan it is not eligible because refurbished items have all original serial numbers removed and the insurance company requires you go through the original manufacturer even though it is way outside its original warranty. They are cheap and they are inexpensive for a reason.

The antenna in the back is loose. I can 't put on the attachment. The second monitor turns on and turn off. I get audio but no picture. I will like to returned this item.

The package arrived at my house intact but when I got home it looked like the package was opened and someone looked through it and the computer mouse was smash the pieces. Also the computer cover was open it looked like somebody try to look through my computer Hardware.. I guess that's why you shouldn't order a computer from Walmart

BE CAREFULL!!!!!!!!! THIS COMPANY ONLY SELLS REFURBISHED UNITS!!!!!! WHEN I RECEIVED MINE IT HAD SCRATCHES ALL OVER IT AND LOOKED LIKE IT HAD BEEN KICKED AROUND THE FLOOR BEFORE THEY SENT IT! IT ALSO HAD NO WIFI ADAPTER! EMAILED THE COMPANY AND ASKED FOR A REFUND, THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT EITHER ISSUE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTIOMER SERVICE!!

The Dell Optiplex 7050 Tower Desktop computer did not work at all and was missing the mouse so I returned it to Walmart. not happy at all. Waiting for my refund.

Came renewed and wasn't renewed. It was broken. Scuffed up, wouldn't power on. Screw in back fell down inside as soon as I lifted it out of box. Like why did I pay $291 for this broken crap? The seller should be ashamed and held liable for this thievery. I got my money back so it's all good. But really? Should have never happened in the first place.

Do not buy. This used computer arrived packaged ok but it had no documentation or supplier reference information included what's so ever. After 3 days after I already had my info transferred to the machine, it just went dark. Smelled like something got hot. No tech. support, returned to store, wait 2 weeks for a return and it looks like I might have lost my $50.00 service plan fee I purchased. Lesson learned, just buy new.

bought this machine, was great for about 4 months, stopped working. Repairs would be costly so had to buy another computer.
