recieved order faast put it together and found out it has no bluetooth, says to call Blair tech, the seller, have been trying to contact them for 7 days just get put on hold by automated system till 5 pm est then goes to sorry we are closed. Currently have been on hold for 3 hours waiting to talk to a rep. Emailed them 2x and have gotten no response what-so-ever.
I'm not an idiot. I know how to set up a computer. so I unpacked all of the boxes, set everything up, plugged everything in, connected the monitors and the mouse and keyboard... And wouldn't you know it. One of the monitors is receiving no signal from the computer. I call the Blair tech helpline, and of course they are closed. Just my luck.
Bought this computer for the two monitors. First it came with no instructions for nothing, second came with the wrong monitor cables, third had to go buy my own cables instead of them next day airing me a set, fourth still waiting on reimbursement for me to buy my own hdmi cables, fifth did call the help line and was told how to connect the monitors wrong, sixth computer came with a bad display adapter and had to buy my own , then own my own figure out how to set it up - Did finally get the computer working.
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT at its FINEST. DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER if you want to use it as a Gaming Setup. IT IS NOT A GAMING SYSTEM AT ALL. I contacted Dell DIRECTLY and was told this system IS NOT a GAMING SYSTEM. But just an ORDINARY desktop computer and there are NO UPGRADES available to turn it into a Gaming System...NO UPGRADES AVAILABLE I WASTED ALL OF THIS MONEY just to turn around to spend ANOTHER $1500 on a REAL GAMING SYSTEM Walmart IS WRONG for this on so many levels. DO NOT BE FOOLED
This computer has not work since I bought it. One of the monitors hasn't come on and the other the screen is pink. I called Blair customer service and they told me it needed update and I was to download some applications I did and ever since the one screen that normally comes on doesn't even come on anymore. I tried several time and it just keep shutting down back and not connecting to the internet. I just lost my money. Walmart said I can't return it for a refund because it's outside that. I wish I could get st least half my money back for this junk.
Opened the box and it looks as if someone returned it. The product displayed is not the product in the box. The keyboard and mouse are cheap and there is no RGB lighting on the keyboard, mouse or the cpu. This seller is a joke. I will not purchase anything else from Walmart online. This was very disappointing.
Was NOT advertised as refurbished but clearly a re-do. Delivery was delayed then when I finally received package it was MISSING both keyboard and mouse. I was told they were shipped separately which was false. I bought a keyboard and mouse separately because I could not wait any longer. But, it didnt matter because NOTHING WORKED. Huge waste of my time.
The computer was not at all as what was described or pictured. It came with all kinds of adapters. The monitors keep shorting out and not staying connected to a signal. Monitors very cheap quality. Wrote about my concern's and was told a marketing person would contact me. I never heard from anyone. Poor customer service. I do not recommend dealing with Blair Technology Group.
I bought this for my sons 9th birthday as just a simple computer to learn how to use them. The USB ports hardly work or when you plug something in it connects and disconnect constantly. 1 of the monitor constantly resets. There is a warranty shortcut to click already on the computer and when you click it, it takes you to an error screen. In fact every shortcut that is already on the computer that goes to the company who sells it all are error screens. It constantly freezes. Do not buy this. Spend a little more and get a decent pc.
i bought this as a gift for my husband and when i ordered there was no advertisement of it being a used computer. when received it had scratches and some kind if dirt looking film covering it. set up was a bit tricky but being experienced in these things made it alot easier getting set up. i did end up getting a refund and sending it back due to low graphics and downlodable space. husband was not happy about his gift
