I have tried so many espresso machines and have always gone back to my Moka pot. Until I tried Delonghi. This machine has so many great features and makes genuine, truly delicious espresso with perfect crema. The machine is quieter than the others I have tried. I love the options for 1 or 2 shots, as well as for iced coffee. The frother falls short... It steams the milk but certainly doesn't froth it as expected. However, I love to use the frothing wand to get hot water for tea so I am not disappointed. The machine is slim and takes very little space. It was an excellent purchase!
Bought as a gift for my in-laws and they loved it, especially the color. Unfortunately, the instructions only having images instead of words wasn't as helpful as they hoped but they did get the hang of it. Now I get mochas whenever I visit! Highly recommend.
I bought this for my 21 year old daughter's birthday. She absolutely loved it! She's a barista so she knows good machines and she says it's fantastic. Super easy to use. She loves that she can make espressos and that she can also make cold brews. Very happy with my purchase. She wanted the color Rose' and it's a beautiful color.
Works great and provides just needed, flavorful boost in the morning !
I love my espresso maker! it works perfectly and is pretty simple to use. This is a more hands on machine which I like, since you load your own espresso and foam the milk yourself, but I'm hoping to get into latte art 🙂

I love this espresso machine! I wanted something compact that would not take up a lot of space in my small kitchen and this is perfect! It was very easy to setup and make a great latte with, it doesn't take me much more time to make a great latte than it did with my mediocre pod system. I love this machine!
This espresso machine is compact, affordable, and produces perfect espresso every time. It is incredible easy to use. Whether you want a cup of espresso or an Affogato as we often do, this machine will get it done.

The item arrived scratched and clearly had defects, even though it was advertised as unused. I purchased it on sale, and I strongly suspect the discount was offered because the seller knew the product was defective. If that is the case, customers should have been informed before making the purchase. It is completely unacceptable and disrespectful to sell an item with visible defects without disclosing them. Customers deserve to know exactly what they are purchasing. This experience has completely ruined my shopping experience.
