Delsym makes great cough medicine, it taste good ( we use the orange ), works for 12 hours and is affordable. this is the the first time we used the one for chest congestion, but it worked great also, and my daughter didn't have to go to the doctor. Wehave used delsym for many years.

WELL WORTH THE MONEY SPENT!
Expensive - YES! But it works 100%! Cold, Cough, Congestion. It's better than the other brands out there. TIP: Keep in refrigerator and shake well, and it's very soothing, tastes far better!

I found the Delsym Max Strength DM Cough %26 Chest Congestion medicine easy to use with a measured cup included with the product. When compared to other similar products I found the liquid to be quite thin and didn’t coat the throat as I would have expected. The cherry flavor was not anywhere close to that flavor. As to effectiveness, I can’t say it’s any better than its competitors although I find Robitussin much better at coating %26 soothing the throat.

You'll have to practically drink half the bottle on the first day of use! Horrific taste! Made in England. Total waste of money! $15 for maybe 2-4 hour " relief"? Never will purchase this again!!

I didn't get to get this cough medicine in my order, and so I canceled this. I needed it. I have been sick for two weeks. I have asthma and bronchitis. My breathing isn't doing well. But, the Delselum cough syrup medicine. It's good for my coughing. I don't understand why it can't be delivered to me here at my address here in Bowie Texas. I'm a disabled 71 year old lady. Please help me with this. I really need your help. I have an order being delivered to my camper around behind my daughter's house. That's being delivered to me here tomorrow at 12-2. Thank you
