is a great item if all you need is the shower head and the handle. the valve is not included. but, sadly when connecting the handle a piece was missing to connect to the valve. or it doesn't come with it. I'm going have to return it and go to home Depot and find another delta handle that fits. 😫

Good product received fast
Item arrived very quickly, which I really needed. Also, this chrome version was available here when I could not find it anywhere else. It looks good and works perfectly!

valve body is sold separately
We have used Delta products for many years and they seam to hold up very well. However, with this item it is very important to remember that this is only the cartridge and trim items. You will need to purchase the MultiChoice vale separately, adding about $50 to the overall assembly. This may be worth it to you if you want to change out the operator in the future for a new Delta product. The only other issue is that the shower head is a water saver head and since we have our own well, we like a shower head the puts out more water.
