Desert Essence Organic Jojoba Oil, 4 Ounce Bottle

The price was increased quite a bit since the last time I bought it. I use it in the morning and at night on my face and neck. Its better than any moisturizer.

i can't say enough about this oil. i love it, my skin loves it, it helps with my psorasis. fantastic product, i hope you carry forever. i also buy argan oil and put a few drops in the jojoba oil and let it act as a carrier and that adds to helping skin.

I've used Jojoba oil daily for 40 years - think always Desert Essence too... For me it's for after shaving & I use it on my whole face... Worked construction my whole life & at 60 my face does not show it... Just need 'very little' so it lasts me for 3 months... Odorless & absorbs very quickly so there's no oil slick left... Swanson seems to consistantly have the best price...

I started using since I moved to NY in winter. I got really dry skin and itchy. I was using jojoba oil for hair first for California water and started using my skin after shower before towel dry. Oil helps to keep water on my skin and put body cream after. after about a week, my skin became better and since then, I can't live without it. I use it to my husband dry head skin before shower and I use it to my face also. it keeps my skin really good and not dry. I tried other brands but I couldn't stand the smell.

This brand of Jojoba oil, Dessert Essence, is really wonderful to use. Your skin will feel softer and helps with the dryness of winter. Swanson's price is much lower than what others offer, and I really like this one best! Will reorder and have already bought 2 bottles, will keep this on hand! I love, love, love Jojoba Oil. I've used it on my scalp since the 1980s. I sprinkle it all over the top of my head (This bottle's cap makes that easy to get just the right size drops and the right amount without any mess.), and then rub, rub, rub it into my scalp thoroughly. Obviously, I like what it does for my scalp and hair and look, or else I wouldn't have stuck with it for so long. Desert Essence is the brand I have used all this time. It is definitely my preferred brand. . . . The Best! Jojoba Oil is also great all over my face, and especially after shaving. It is superb on cuticles. It works nicely applied all over the body by itself, and also as part of my Natural Oil 'Concoctions' I make, using a number of different natural oils. There is no downside to Desert Essence Organic Jojoba Oil. It rubs in completely, is not greasy or smelly, and really makes a noticeable improvement in the skin from my face to my shins. Great stuff!!! Works for me.

Desert Essence brand organic jojoba oil is great stuff. In addition to being organic, it is also vegan/vegetarian, and the price on Swanson is competitive, as usual. I use it on my very sensitive skin and hair as a moisturizer. For example, before shampooing hair, massage it into scalp, and all through hair. Wait a bit to let it absorb, and then shampoo as usual. You will love the results. It is also far healthier, and cheaper than using other conditioners and lotions full of unnecessary chemicals, etc. For a skin moisturizer, use it on face and body as needed. I even put a little under my eyes. It is absorbed quickly, and a little bit goes a long way. Jojoba is also excellent when used as a carrier oil.

Seems to make skin softer and look and feel smoother

I tried this product based on promotion as a leave-in hair conditioner. I am a 53 year old white male with thinning, but curly, sometimes frizzy hair. This product leaves my hair looking oily despite how little I use. I can't recommend it as a leave-in hair conditioner for a person of my hair type. As a body or hand emollient it may work well.
