The paper towel holder was delivered on time. It's solid and fine looking like the picture. It has design flaws. The two spring loaded knobs at each end are very stiff. As you struggle with both hands pulling the knobs you'll need a second person to insert the paper roll. Since I live alone this presented a problem. The solution I chose was to pull one knob with one hand and crimp the entire paper roll with the other. Crude, but it worked. Another issue is large diameter paper rolls will not fit into the wood frame. I marvel at the lack of quality control on items like this just dumped on the American market.

Not happy with this one. Looked like the package had been opened and stapled back. The end pieces were very uneven and hard to move. If I had seen it in the store, I wouldn't have purchased it. Not a lasting design.

Hard to get towels mounted.

The opening isn't wide enough for a standard roll of paper towels. I tried several brands. The spring loaded wood pegs do not retract completely so they stick out much wider than the roll of paper towels. Had to crush one side of the paper towels to get them on, then used a butter knife to reshape the cardboard inside the paper towels so it will spin. Still doesn't spin, the roll is too snug. Never installed it, returning it. The picture below is with the wood pegs pulled out as far as they will go.
