The 100-piece bit set is a lifesaver. You get a massive variety of bits, and the flex design holds up really well, I haven't had any issues with them stripping or snapping. It's a simple, reliable set that works.

I was looking for a bit set for my boyfriend's father's day gift . and considering he is a carpenter i had to do a little homework for price,brand,amount , variety of bits and drivers that can handle an impact .and i must say this was a slam dunk. Everything he needed and was very happy especially with the magnet strength. that little guy makes things easier .work smarter not harder . and the price was a great price . they say you get what you pay for and i must say the quality of bits nd the case , that by the way you can attach other cases to,really was very satisfying. great craftsmanship with a great price . fathers day gift can never be wrong with DeWalt!

Good quality but disappointing assortment.
DeWalt makes good stuff and this item is no exception. However, I was disappointed with the lack of variety of bits. Just the basic slotted, Phillips, etc. The kit has a lot more of each type than I will ever use. And the drill bits are just the usual sizes for a small set of bits. And no metric. The case is very sturdy and an elaborate design. Seems like they spent more on the case than the components.
