It is easy to assemble( following instructions). It's very sturdy and well made! I use it at a cleaning job, it keeps everything organized. I use the vinyl bag with flip top to carry T.P., paper towels,and tri-fold napkins.

it's really nice I would give it five stars except the broom and mop don't stay in the holder properly

It's not made as well as we hoped. You can't put in a garbage bag which isn't very helpful, nor does it hold a full size garbage bag. There is nothing to hold a mop or broom on the cart. Overall it will mostly do what we need. But it is what it is.
