It was easy to assemble and our cats love it. We got it for them to be in the night before they were neutered and now they use it like a cat tower. We leave the door open and they go in and out as they please.

The floor sections are a little flimsy, but they hold my 6lb rabbits just fine. I will say that they did tear the fabric up and I ultimately reinforced the floor segments. Overall it looks good in the space.

The instructions have an inefficient build if you have a cat bigger than about 3 months. But it can easily be built out with panels to spare. Definitely requires a litter box with tall sides or a lid if you have a kicker. Small toys will never stay inside either. Ladder will pop holes in the solid floor panels if you have a heavy cat. Lastly, the hammock supports are VERY flimsy. I encourage copious use of zip ties that are provided, or just buy a safer one separately.

Assembly on it was easy but verrry tedious. It's pretty big, but you'll probably need to do a lot of reinforcement work to make it last. Isn't easy to clean once assembled. Side doors are “locked” with lobster hooks. I have rambunctious adult cats, so they already tore through the material on some of the platforms.

I didn't like how it fit my cat My cat was long and lanky but skinny she didn't fit in it very well it was very small and when I put it together it wasn't the way it looks in the picture I had to change the directions and build it myself to put it the way it looks in the picture and had to buy tiny litter boxes from Dollar general Liberty only ones that fit grave litter boxes at the dollar general

The instructions for this item are online and aren't detailed. The assembly of this product is tedious. The main component keeping the crate together are a bunch of black zip ties ( there aren't enough zip ties included). The plastic pieces that lock together do not secure the pieces in together permanently and if a zip tie isn't fastened to every position where the wire pieces meet at every angle, the parts pop out of the plastic fasteners and the shelves fall or the base unfastens. I had the shelves fall apart on my cats (Which there were only two in the crate at that time). I ordered two of these at the same time and the second one was put together omitting a tier and put together with additional zip ties that had to be purchased out of pocket. We figured out how to make the second crate more stable, but it took all day The swing has to be fastened with the zip ties to the top too or the cat could fall in that as well. I am glad I got this on sale because even on sale it really wasn't a great purchase.

Could not get it to stay together cat was too rough for it. Waste of time and money and energy and money he was only about 6 weeks old when we had him put to sleep

it is held together by zip ties and little plastic pieces that continuously pop off when you go to grab your cat. plus, one of my cats fell through the top floor, and I'm mad.

It looks nice but is made so cheap that it's unsafe for cats!!! The top inside shelf pancakes 4 levels down with my cat lying on it!!!!! They won't go near it now!!! It's very cheap and unsteady

the metal frames pop out of the plastic brackets constantly the zipties are onlyngood for keeping the matal frames together the netal clips that clsoe the doors break easily the plastic shelves the cats sit on bow and bend and rip in two
