Wooden matches are very easy to use, which is part of why I bought them. They're very cheap too, easy to carry. Not for kids and if you're outside keep track of fire danger and such (very dry here). Otherwise they are great lighting candles and such. No plastic. The box references “penny matches”, there's 320 matches for less than a dollar, so less than a penny.

Work great! Have used this brand forever! It's been around forever! Lol! Easy strike, easy light, easy to carry in your pocket or bag. You never know! Perfect for a hiking trip in your emergency kit. Reliable.

I have a gas stove, i light it with these matches. They work fine but the striker panel on the side of the box of matches wears out before you use all your matches. I also keep them for emergency's.

Matches are hard to find so I buy these as I have a need for them. However, the matches often break when I am striking them, sometimes with the lit end flying across the room. Also, the gritty striking area wears down before the matches in the box are used up.

Definitely NOT for emergency situations!!! Only about 25% of these matches would strike!! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!! Not enough combustible material, sticks too thin, strike strips become completely smooth before the matches are used up. The worst matches I have seen in 54 years of life!!

Walmart scammed me! I bought Candles in bulk and matches. Was never told the candles were not in stock and so when I picked up I only got the matches. The matches were .98 cents and I was charged almost 10 dollars for matches! Will never use this service again!

I never received the matches, but I was charged. Walmart is not responsible so far cause this seller is part of a Marketplace. SO, DO NOT BUY IT, you don't know who's behind this sale(third party) and Walmart doesn't authorize refund or replacement, cause they're NOT the ones selling this product. DISAPPOINTED

The STORE HAS DONE THIS TO ME MANY MANY TIMES!! THEY DECIDED TO SUBSTITUE THE BOX OF 300, THEY KEPT REPLACING THEM WITH THE MINI BOXES!!! WHOEVER DOES THE SHOPPING IN STORE, DESPERATELY DESPERATELY NEEDS…NEEDS TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THE CUSTOMER BEFORE SUBSTITUTING!!! THEY HAVE BEEN MESSING UP MY ORDERS FOR WAAAYYY WAAAYYY TOO LONG!!
