Diamond Pecan 9 Inch Gluten Free Pie Crust 6 oz

I use this for my Keylime pie, which is one of the best that anyone has had, including my friends in the Keys. It just adds an another layer of complexity to a delicious treat.

The pecan or walnut “crust” is a great alternative from high carb pie crust. Works well for pumpkin mousse, pudding pies, or fruit frozen yogurt and whip cream pie. Delicious!

These pie crusts are delicious and easy as well… pie! My family raves about them and I love that they are low in sugar. We have tried them all (chocolate, pecan, walnut and pumpkin pie) and give them all 10/10! They taste incredible and can be used with any recipe! Finally a healthy alternative that is a crowd pleaser! Love these so much!

I use this pie shell as topping for a low calorie dessert. I toasted it up in the oven. And crumbled it and put it on top of the dessert I made. it was outstanding. everybody commented favorably the texture was exactly what I hope for. I definitely will buy this again.

I used this crust for the first time Sunday and I was so pleased. I made a Pecan Cream Pie. The addition of this crust put this pie over the top. I will be ordering more very soon. I'm thinking with cheesecake, Chocolate Pecan Pie, and a regular Pecan Pie. Convenience, to just pull one out of the freezer any time is wonderful.

I'm mostly carnivore but I have to admit I like my sweets occasionally. I made a carnivore cheesecake filling for the pecan crust and OMG I have found my favorite treat. Give it a try on your next no-bake pie recipe and you can thank me later !!!!!!!

Oh my goodness…if you Love pecans as much as I do, you Have to try this pie shell! What a delicious addition to any pie. I tried it with a cherry cheesecake pie…absolutely delicious!! The pecan crust elevated the flavor of the pie!! You Have to try it!!

The flavor is excellent, but the consistency left a lot to be desired. There were hard chunks throughout the crust that made me wonder whether or not the pecan SHELLS had accidentally gotten into the batch. I was genuinely so worried I'd chop a tooth, I didn't eat the last quarter of the crust. I wish this had been better quality because it tasted wonderful.

I saw this and thought "What great crust for pecan pie!" Big mistake. Pecan quality definitely there, however it was like trying to cut through well-cured concrete. Then there's trying to chew it. I literally thought my teeth were going to break. Maybe if used for a pudding or ice cream pie it would be fine. Definitely not for a baked pie. The crust is also pricey compared to other ready to use crusts, but to be expected being made of nuts I guess. It's no justification to me though since I had to eat the filling without the crust and threw the crust away.

They shipped this through the postal service in a bag. I don't know who thought that was a good idea. It's a crust so of course it broke.
