McCormick Non-GMO Gluten Free Banana Extract, 2.0 fl oz Box

The extract accentuated the banana 🍌 flavor of my mashed bananas that I had added to my banana walnut raisin bread. Simply add the extract to your mashed bananas only then taste your bananas before you add them to your wet mixture. My bananas had a stronger and more pronounced banana. Do not put this is your Wet Mixture. Add only to mashed bananas only then add the mashed bananas to your wet mixture. My banana bread taste amazing. I will be using this extract everytime I make my Banana Walnut Rasin Bread.

I used this banana extract in nonfat plain greek yogurt %26 it made it taste like banana, since I didn't have bananas to put in the yogurt. I may use for other foods also.

The McCormick non-GMO gluten-free banana extract is absolutely wonderful. I used it in a delicious banana pudding and the flavor was so much better with it. It came out outstanding.

I tried banana extract and it's perfect! It adds the perfect sweet, banana flavor to all my baked goods, like banana breads & muffins, smoothies and sometimes pancakes. A little goes a long way. Even the aftertaste reminds me of a banana, nothing artifcial. Highly recommend for a banana flavor in your treats!

I had to try this in a new recipe. I made a coconut pudding and added the banana extract and it was amazing. The best part is it heightened the pudding and gave it a whole new dimension, tasted as if I added bananas. I preferred this to actual bananas because they get mushy and turn brown. This way I got all the flavor I wanted without ruining my dessert. I can't wait to use it in other baked goods, even in whip cream, or drinks. There's so much to do with this extract.

I love baking and trying new recipes and this product has been amazing in expanding my repertoire. I used it in chocolate crinkle cookies to make a delicious chocolate banana flavor. I also used it in a oreo banana bread recipe to enhance the banana flavor.

love this if you dont have bananas to make banana bread you can still use this cant tell its great good price.

I'm going to give are commendation since I don't have any other store or other choice where to buy. But I hope the flavor and scent should be improve. I used it once then the next time that I used it, it seems like it already lose the scent and flavor.

This product has very little banana taste and excessive alcohol taste. It tastes chemical and not delicious at all 🅿️lus it's 🅾️verpriced💲.I won't buy it again.
