My New Obsession

Producty10 December 17, 2024

I never knew how much I needed this robot vacuum until I got it. It is so much fun, and does such a great job cleaning my house. I honestly could not be more thrilled and satisfied with this, and will be recommending it to literally everybody I know. The price is affordable and it does the best job ever, who needs a Roomba.

Don't go by price this is a great robotic vacuum

Sue May 23, 2024

I've had many robotic vacuum mostly top of the line. This compares just as good, easier to clean, brushes are plastic so cat hair or long hair doesn't get wrapped all around brushes which can be a pin to clean. My house is 1400 sq feet and it does it all in one charge.

Robot Vacuum

Mary10 December 18, 2024

Setting it up was easy. Connecting it to Wi-Fi through my phone was quick, and after a couple of runs, it memorized the map of my house. You can schedule cleaning times, adjust the suction power, and decide how many runs it should do. These features make it really convenient to use. It cleans well and picks up a lot of dirt. I was surprised with its suction power. The dustbin is small, though, so it's best to empty it after each cleaning. This keeps it working at its best.I did have some trouble reconnecting it to Wi-Fi after the first setup, but their customer service will try their best with reaching a solution.

Hilarious but effective

Ab1238 December 27, 2024

So I got it to connect but had issues after I changed my wifi back and it kept chasing my cat while trying to reconnect off the dock. It was hilarious. Maybe not so much for my cat but lol! It works effectively. I just have some trouble shooting to work out. Once i get ot going right Im sure I will love it. Its reallly.not that loud. I expected it to be much more noisy but not to bad. I recommend. Isnt a simple set up as it doesnt work with 5g. I hopefully can worl the kinks out.

Great specs but weird software

anonymous August 19, 2025

Specs look great for the price and the hardware largely delivers, but the strange software/algorithm that works only is the most ideal condition kills the entire use case. I've had the device for almost a month and run it about 10 times so far, but it's yet to complete a successful mapping run in my modest 2br, 1000sqft apt. This is largely due to mindless software behaviour like covering the same spot/stretch up to 5 times (while neglecting others), constantly hopping from room to room without focusing on cleaning any, getting stuck in slightly complex settings (like under the dining table or crevices) and getting tripped on any exposed wires or debris larger than a dust particle. All the above further drains it's limited battery which last less than 60mins on standard suction, following which it has to return home. Add to the fact that the mapping resets whenever robot gets stuck or have to return home due to low battery, and you have a situation where mapping can never be successfully completed. Heard from friends who own various robot vacuums that algorithm does behave weird for those initial mapping or 'calibration' runs, and gets better with use. Perhaps one day it'll succeed with the perfect floor condition, but it's starting to not be worth the trouble. If that much 'babysitting' has to be done, I'm better off using a good ol manual vacuum.

Fails to return to base often.

Charles October 8, 2024

Second unit. The manufacturer suggested I return my first unit but the second unit has the same behaviors. It works 50% of the time. Often fails to return to charging dock. Battery depletes before the unit can make it back to the charging dock especially if used in high power mode. There are some serious programming problems with this unit. Choosing a specific room to clean the robot will make two paths across about 1/12 of the room and return to the charging base thinking that it completed its task. Also, the roller gets completely wrapped in pet hair. (Long haired dog) The attached pic is daily wrap and the house was thoroughly vacuumed prior to this robotic vacuum being deployed. The app gets confusing if using the non single floor mode. The one good thing it does have powerful suction and a decent dust bin Sadly users will be often looking for this unit dead somewhere in their house.

Beware of distributor

MIBeachBum November 1, 2024

I wish I had received the dirt devil. All I received was a piece of paper thanking me for the purchase. I think this was a distributor issue and not product issue.

Garbage

Brian October 4, 2024

Complete garbage. It thinks it's an off road vacuum. It gets stuck on everything. It tries to climb things too big for it. Then, when you move it to another area of the room, it goes straight back to the thing it was stuck on like it's playing a joke on you. I will give it credit for durability. I have kicked this thing across the room so many times but it starts right back up.

Had to return it. Although it indicated it was charged , it died about two feet from the charger. Manager of local Walmart was gracious and could not have been more helpful. He included his knowledgeable staff and I left the store with a return completed and different brand.

Unreliable Mapping and Scheduling Issues

Timothy December 11, 2025

This was the cheapest intelligent mapping model, but it hasn't been reliable. Although it runs on a daily schedule, after about a month it started stopping every few minutes due to errors. The auto-clean mode is inconsistent—it cleans the perimeter first instead of going room by room. When I switched to scheduled room cleaning, it eventually began cleaning only one room before returning to the dock. On top of that, the map randomly resets every week or two. Overall, I wouldn't buy this model again.
