At first, this product yielded less than moderate results for my server acid indigestion and gas. Then, when I used 2 pills with my meals or after meals, instead of 1, the product began to work as I hoped it could. I am 50 and weigh over 270 lbs., so this may be the right amount for me. Take the right amount for your age, weight and condition. Your not likely to overdose.

I noticed I was having stomach ( bloating and gas) and bowel issues ( irregularities) This went on for quite a while. I started taking these digestive enzymes and within a week, I noticed a significant difference. I have not had any ill side effects and will continue to purchase these.

These appear to work as well as the other enzymes that PP keeps running out of stock on. It gets old when they can't seem to keep something in stock. not sure if it is the manufacturer or what. So I tried these instead.
