I love this b complex vitamin. And i love it has methylated versions of folic acid and the other b vitamins. I think it has given me slightly more energy since om pretty sure i have the mthfr gene. I believe this is good quality and great value for the ingredients.

I'm unsure of all vitamin B smell this weird, it's difficult to swallow as the after taste is really strong and you'll smell it each time you burp 😂 The tablet size is acceptable and only have to take one daily. The quality could be improved as it oxidised very quickly as we are from tropical country even if we keep it in the fridge.
