fast shipping, reasonable price compared to other brands. my only complaint is the directions! As they are very vague and leave to much to the imagination. once i cut a hole in my door its to late! overall i recommend this dog door, just have some experience or someone with it to figure it out.

Needed to replace a broken doggie door. This was pretty easy to figure out and put it in. Works well.

I ordered this dog door on a whim because the price was right and had decent reviews. Its a decent door, but be prepared to use your own personal judgement in lieu of instructions. The instructions say to cut the screws beforehand. If you decide to use this door, I recommend cutting the screws after you have the door mounted so you know how much you need to cut off.

Not sturdy enough for a large dog

the parts were broken upon arrival delete that opens and shuts when an animal goes through it stays open for some reason and when I try to shut it manually it bends. installed correctly I bought this one to replace the previous one but the previous one was a lot better quality than this one. and for some reason there's no way to contact the seller I've been trying to contact them but there's no information available on how to contact them. I recommend not buying this doggie door because the lid will stay open and the whole point is that it automatically shuts again.

Very poorly engineered. Overall quality is suboptimal. I had to add material to make it sturdy. I am mostly home bound so I didn't have a choice except to keep it.

My husband had far too much trouble installing this. The door flap won't close all the way. When my yorkie uses it, it hangs open around an inch to an inch and a half. It was difficult to install even with instructions, he's installed others with no issues. the only upside to the door, is the locking flap. When installed, it fits tight enough to keep my dog inside.
